inkjet printing

bonkers | Posted in Fabric and Trim on

I`m going to try printing a design to make trimming on a blouse. I`m using a HP300 printer. Has anyone any advice for a first-timer? These sheets are too expensive to practice on! I purchased June Tailor sheets. Hope someone has some tips for success. Thanks, Bonkers

    print on paper first

is it possible to print it on to paper first, and keep testing until you like it, then transfer it on to sheet?  I am curious how your outcome is.  Please let us know.

    injet printers

I was told the Printed Treasures brand sheets by Miliken are on a finer weave fabric and would produce a better photo.  I agree they are pricey but I do like the results they give!  I did do a practice copy on paper first.  I had my photographer to print a photo on a sheet of this fabric using her "photo" program--I had to reprint from my own photo using my HP printer and got much better results.  I now wait for a 40% coupon at the local craft store to purchase these sheets!
