I am looking for a new sewing machine. I am an intermediate sewer and do most home dec projects/crafts. Everything seems to be embrodary type machines. I want it computerized and didn’t want to spent much more then $500-$600. Any suggestions for a good quality machine.

I'm walking in your shoes too! For your price range on a computerized model, visit the Kenmore family and also check out the White line (parent co. Husqvarna Viking) has a moderately price computerized as well - White 2999. Go to the 31 Basic Sewing Machine and How to Choose One on the Threads website for more info. and start weeding...
