Does anyone have a good suggestion for an off the shoulder bodice pattern? (Preferably one that does not require knits) 

I am trying to make a 1950s wiggle dress for my significant other’s birthday and have found a good skirt pattern but not one for the bodice.  Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
