   Lauren - I bought some fabric from fabric club in January. It just arrived last week - but that's not their fault. Canada Customs intercepts and they are slow slow slow. I bought fabric from dollar fabric the same day & it arrived last week too. In both cases, I was happy with the fabric (white cottons, I wanted to try a variety) & they were well wrapped. Dollar fabric (DollarFabric.com) wraps each piece individually in plastic & used padded envelope instead of cardboard (which usually gets mangled). Dollar fabric doesn't charge freight over $30.

   *Hi Lauren, I've ordered a couple of times from the Fabric Club with mixed results. I ordered some of their Ralph Lauren wool gab; beautiful fabric for an insanely cheap price. Second time I ordered more of the gab in same color and additional color and they substituted a different (lesser quality) wool gab without saying anything. Also some print cotton lycra that I ordered was a completely different fabric.to their credit they refunded my money and reimbursed me for the shipping.--lin

   *Have you ordered from Sewing Studio. I love their fabrics and their program. http://www.sewingstudio.com I get my orders really fast and the fabric is beautiful.

   *I've ordered from fabric club also with mixed results. The fabrics I've ordered have been as good quality as I expected but the delays in shipping are bad!! It's not just Canada customs either, the first time I ordered, they lost the order, created a new one and then cancelled it by accident. Altogether it took more than 3 1/2 months for the fabric to arrive! I am currently waiting for a new order (since early June and they've already billed my visa for it!!!
