Pattern Recommendations for Linen/Rayon Dress

I have 21/4 yards of this mid-weight linen/rayon fabric that I want to use for a dress. Since the fabric is bold, I want to keep the lines of the dress as simple as possible: A defined bust and waist via princess seams or well-placed darts, an A-line or flared skirt, and a back zipper. No pleats, gathers, or fussy details. I’ve lost 30 pounds and want to show off my improved figure!

If it is a bold pattern, i'd make no princess seams. It cuts the pattern apart. Burda 6988?
Thanks for the tip. I’m finding it difficult to find A line patterns without princess seams. Those with regular darts seem to have full skirts, which I don’t want. The Bursa pattern you suggest looks good, but I’m a bit nervous about the neckline because I am narrow in the shoulders, but quite busty (38DD). Do you think a FBA would work with this pattern? I’m concerned about a gaping neck! Thanks so much!!
You might try Itch to Stitch patterns. They have optional cup sizes and include a DD. Their Recoleta Dress pattern looks perfect for what you are looking for. I haven't sewn a pattern from them yet, but they get rave reviews.
Thanks so much for your suggestion. I will look at that pattern right now😊
I have made several of their patterns and I like them. Clear instructions, not too complex designs, easy to make and wear.
Check out patterns from Tessuti - in Australia but easy to buy patterns online. I have made many versions of their simple a line stuff
