Hello, I would recommend the chochenille design studio`s Garment Designer V2. It is easy to use and compatible with Windows 98. Also it works great with HP printers{something that people at Wild Ginger Software have a problem with.} The software comes with a very good manual and excellent tutorials . I have created 2 test garments with the software and they really look good on me., as a petite plus size women it is really hard to find patterns that fit me well .
