Can anyone help me please? I ordered machine embroidery designs via the internet from a company called Embroidery Etcetera, 597-A Depot Street,Christainsburg, VA 24073. (order number 005616) The website would not allow me to add shipping – to UK. In spite of at least 7 emails requesting the designs via email and also sent a  fax I have not received the goods or had the money refunded to my PayPal account.  Has anyone had similar difficulties? Can anyone advise me as to what to do – it is difficult for me as I am in the UK. I would be grateful for any comments. Thankyou
