Have any of you ordered patterns from Sewingpatterns.com. How have you found their service? I received notification that a pattern I ordered was shipped on 20 November but haven’t received it yet. I have emailed them several times but haven’t heard from them. I live in New Zealand but wouldn’t have thought it would take that long for a pattern to get here, even at this time of year.

Hi there, I am in NZ as well. I have been ordering from Sewingpatterns.com for years and I have never had an issue. It usually takes about 3 to 4 weeks to arrive but no longer than that. There is a "contact us" section located in the heading of the webpage. I hope this helps. :-)
