Threads magazine archive – Error messages

Yesterday the new DVD arrived, but it doesn’t work as i would like. Installs without error and removes the old version.
But it doesn’t start. Only a lot of error messages like the following:
Director Player Error: Symbol expected <Void> Script Error. Continue?
Director Player Error: Poperty not found #ListViews Script Error. Continue?
Answering “no” shuts down the program, answering “yes” leads to the next Error.
I installed newest Adobe Acrobat Reader X and newst Shockwave Player, but still the same. I reinstalles archive-DVD, still the same.
Anybody out there any idea?

Your problems with the archive
I read your Gatherings post and sent it to our Archive specialist. He wasn't able to give you any specific suggestions without having more information about your computer. He suggested you call our customer service department. They'll be able to offer step-by-step troubleshooting based upon your computer and your computer's operating system.
