I think that texturatrading.com sells Tencel fiber.
I'm not sure if that's what you're looking for or if you want fabric.
I believe that they are located in Massachusetts.

They are in Royal Oak MI. They do mail order and have a swatch service that is explained on their website. They have a great supply of tencel in stock.
