Nice! I just checked it out and hope each day will have different shows! This is all on quilting, I wonder if there is a similar site for sewing? Thanks for sharing the link, I have booked marked it!
Hi Nani,
Sewing with Nancy is not quilting only. It said something about getting more people to watch, then they could get more shows. Let's keep watching. It has times for the shows.

Hi, when I mentioned this web-site in a previous post I wondered if anyone had checked it out. Today there was a great show from America Sews with Sue Hausmann, all about using computers, printers and printable fabric sheets to make your own fabric pieces. Yes, they did make quilts, but just think, being able to make panels for a vest or jacket front from your own photos or drawings. Even though many of these programs are basically about quilting, I think there are many techniques we can use for sewing too. This is a great web-site in my opinion. MarshaK.
Most of these shows I receive on the public television station. What is cool to me is the fact that I can watch a show on the internet. I know there are a few of us that do not receive these shows and thus, they are now accessible to all.

Anytime, Cherrypops. That's what I mean. If you have the internet, all you have to do is go to the website. I would like to have a laptop, so that I could sit on my couch and watch. Nice.
P.S. Happy Thanksgiving!!!

I only wish I could get that site and its wonderful shows. In my dial up world this is not a reality.
I did lots of quilting years ago but avidly watch the Alex Anderson Simply Quilts program on HGTV now. There is a tremendous amount of inspiration and lessons that would definitely transfer to general sewing. Sue Hausmann definitely covers a lot of general sewing topics as well.
