I created this Elvis jumpsuit (and cape) for my 4 year old son using Simplicity 2528 and a ton of rhinestones! The jumpsuit (and cape) itself is made of a firm cotton blend while the cape lining, leg gussets, and sleeve inserts are a multicolor confettii do material. The entire costume is embellished with a handful of eyeltes and hundreds of rhinestones (a majority are found on the backside):
