I saw a quilt pattern titled “uneven none patch” and thought it was so unique and would make a really cool dress. I found nine fabrics in my stash and got to work making a quilt top. I ended up with 81 quilt blocks and when sewn together was about 80″x80″. I added a backing fabric and quilted it all together. Then, cut out a floor length circle skirt. The bodice is from my favorite girls dress pattern. It’s Juliette from The Lily Bird Studio. I also used the same fabric from the bodice and made double fold bias tape to hem the skirt.
