Headband is plastic adorned with real sea shells, rhinestones, glitter.  Bra is covered with rhinestones, pearls, 1 shell in the middle with rhinestones and a real pearl and glitter.   Cape is made from a recycled prom dress with hand sewn beads and sequins.  Skirt is made from an old prom dress covered in teal or light turquoise sequins, rhinestones and at the bottom is recycled pieces of fabric.  The fish net was handmade from tubular metallic knitting yarn covered with plastic sea life animals. silk plants, real shells, and real pieces of sponge.  It took approximately 25 hours from start to finish.
