This is 9 year old Cormac of St. Simons Island, sporting a homemade costume. It cost about $20 to make with most of the supplies being reused material. The Jetpack is 2 liter soda bottles, solo cups and someother reused material. The legs are an old pair of paints with pool noodles creating the illusion. Mom, dad and son had a great time creating this epic costume.  Everyone wanted to take pictures and some even wanted to know who else was on there with him.
