Diesel 10 with his brother the dragon (i did not make the dragon).
4 year old George told his mother he really wanted to be Diesel 10 for halloween….There are no purchasable Diesel 10 costumes on the market of course! I told her I could probably figure it out. I was of course going to have to ship this costume to the next state so i didn’t want to just use a regular box and have to fit it into another bigger box. The shipping costs would be more expensive than the costume!
So I created a box out of Plastic sheeting and polar fleece. The face I hand painted from pictures found on the internet, the crane (Itchy is its name) is made from parts of a box. The white and black details were done with foam sheets. It is held together with some simple straps.
So fun You even got the 'pinchie' thing on the top. great job.
Thanks. I've never made a costume like this before. It was quite the challenge for me. I know how discerning some 4 year olds can be about their favorite characters.
