Chic and cheap....i vote YES all the way! I made this necklace out of scrap fabric squares (FREE), gold accent beads (1.00) and lace (i had some scraps so... FREE). I love the versatility of this necklace. It is able to accent a plain tee or your finest blouse. tutorial coming soon!
