Emperor Zurg and Buzz Lightyear
My son decided to be Buzz Lightyear this year for Halloween. My husband graciously agreed to be the Evil Emperor Zurg. Both costumes are handmade. My son's was made from an old Simplicty pattern. My husband's was also handmade. I started with a Simplicity shepher's costume and modified it to look like the clothes that Zurg wore. I painted a Nerf gun black and wired red lights inside it that lit up when he pulled the trigger.
Pattern or design used: Simplicity 4795 (Zurg) Simplicity 9385 (retired Buzz Lightyear)
