New Year's Eve Party Dress

My New Year's Eve dress made with a lightweight knit with metallic dots. I lined it with black swimsuit fabric. I sewed the strips and attached them to the lining before putting the dress together. This helped assure that everything remained smooth. A slightly warm iron held gingerly over the seams made pressing them flat possible. I used black piping along the trim and down the front and back seams. It is a comfortable little dress and lots of fun.
