All 3 of these pieces were made using Cherrywood dyed to match fabrics with original designs by Carol Chelette Miller. The jacket was made applying fabrics to a base and stitching down with rayon threads. The ombre coloring was enhanced with a dimensional iris on back. The button closure was made wrapping yarns around a large wooden bead, with those same yarns braided for the buttonhole loop. Bias cut fabric was added to the shirt in a chenille manner. To embellish the challis pants, ruched fabric strips were incorporated down the front.
