I am currently starting my new business doing upholstery items, and currently the designers I work with are asking me to do drapes, curtains, and slip covers for their customers. I am looking for professional books that show complete directions for making these items, so if anyone knows the titles and authors of any such books please let me know. Thank you.

Does anyone know where I can find 4" pleater hooks? I have been to JoAnn's (Cloth World) and several other upholstery type stores, and I can't seem to find any. I live in Southern California, and I have already purchased my material... I just can't find pleater hooks!! Thanks for any help you can give me.
*I'm totally confused about home design fabrics for soft wrapping a sofa and making matching curtains. I definitely want fabric that I can hone launder at a few times a year, but all the fabric I've seen is either 45 inch width or is a longer width that says "dry clean only" or "professionally clean." I'm looking for a twill or denim weight cotton in prints and solids that can be color coordinated. Any suggestions? Thanks.
