Does anyone have or heard of any of the following machines from Brother’s new Innov-is series? CS-8060, CS-8120, CS-8130? Did these series just come out? How do they compare to the NX series?
I found the CS-8060 only here in the U.S. sold at Walmart for $228 (without the Innov-is name). It appears that the Innov-is series is available in the U.K. only???
One thing unique about this series is “quick load thread cassette system.”
Here’s the link to the CS-8060:

If you’ve heard or have any of the above machines, please let me know everything good or bad about them. I have so many questions….(Like how do they compare to the PC and NX series? – I’m considering buying a PC-3000 until I stumbled upon this).
Thanks a bunch!!!

Andrea, I don't know a lot about these, but I did see the Innov-is 500D, a combination sewing/embroidery machine, in action at the American Sewing Expo. Its most novel feature is the thread cassette system, which looked to be simple to use. I don't know how this compares to the CS series (if it's even related). I do know that the Innov-is 500D didn't arrive a dealerships until mid-to-late September, but they should be out there to test-drive.
