Chocolate candy made from silk ribbon

I’m trying to finish my ribbon “candy”. The article I found it in was

I have all of my ribbons etc. but seem to have lost the article.

There are often old Threads for sale on ebay.

I remember that article and would love to have the instructions. The ribbon candy was beautiful.
