Crochet Bedjacket

Hoodlum | Posted in Knitting and Crochet on

Can anyone help me?

About 25 years ago  I made a bedjacket for my mother-in-law. It was a purchased pattern which had the bedjacket modelled on a blond lady with long hair. It was a fairly short, squarish jacket, three-quarter length sleeves, which was fastened with a ribbon through the neckline. I recall it was made in four-ply wool and mainly worked in treble crochet, and had some open work to make it a little ‘lacy’.

The original has recently started to fall apart (well – it is old!) and I am getting veilled requests for a replacement but have lost the pattern.

Has anyone any ideas? I have looked for possible alternatives but with no luck yet. I would appreciate any suggestions.
