I NEED TO MAKE A LADY GAGA RED DRESS, LIKE THE ONE ON THE GOSSIP GIRL EPISODE,, FOR MY GRANDDAUGHTER’S UPCOMING PERFORMANCE IN WHICH SHE PERFORMS AS LADY GAGA.
IT LOOKS LIKE IT IS A A LINED SLEEVELESS SEQUINED DRESS WITH PERHAPS A ROUGH SILK OVERLAY ON THE BODICE. THEN PERHADS A CAP SLEEVE CRUSHED VELVET TOP WITH LACE OVER THAT. THEIR IS THEN A SKIRT THAT IS LOOSE AND FLOWING ATTACHED TO THE SEQUINED A LINE DRESS.
