user-6998382 | Posted in Techniques on

I LOST A FEW MAGAZINES.I SUBSCRIBE TO THREADS NOW. When I try to go online even though I’m a subscriber now,I cannot go on the site and look up the magazine I have but can’t find.I’m not allowed to get into that magazine.I am taking the magazine,I lost some issues,I just want to look up issue no. 186,which I bought, but I can’t look it up here.Am I supposed to buy a back issue?MY HOUSE always is disruptive and I can’t find stuff. Its my fault.I thought subscribers.  could go in the past magazines on the site?IF SO,how do I get the magazine info. I lost? Thanks.

    Hi there!

We have two subscriber levels - one is print magazine only, and the other is our Insider membership with access to our online content + print magazine. It sounds like you only get the print magazine. To upgrade, call our customer service at 1-866-288-4241 or e-mail [email protected].

You can learn more about the differences between the subscriptions here: https://subscribe.threadsmagazine.com/

For any other questions, please view our FAQ:

Thank you and sorry for any confusion!
    Best,

I HAVE AN IDEA.WHY DON'T I NOT TAKE THE MAGAZINE AND ONLY JUST GET THE WEBSITE?ONLY?OR I could do this;go on YouTube and search for embroidery of all kinds on there?I know some professional said"When ever I need a sewing technique I don't have,I do a search on you. Tube, for free and I can find the technique and learn it off YouTube".i have not tried the Vogue sewing site,I know they have free knitting instructions I learned it off Vogue knitting.I could do that,or only take the website and not the magazine.OR I can search the web for free. Sewing and those websites.I have not done that yet.I could also buy books on sewing.I have at least one.I LOVE BUYING CRAFT BOOKS.And once you buy a book on it,you have it forever.I think I'm too careless forr the magazine.

      Hi there!

The digital membership includes the magazine whether it's the digital version or the print version (you can pick). There is certainly a number of sources out there for sewing information. Unlike many of the sources out there, though, Threads has editors that can review, test, and ensure that the techniques we are providing are explained thoroughly and correctly. It's up to you of course!

      Best of luck,
      Christine

I have been an Insider for a month and have access to all the magazines on the website and everything else. I just wonder when I’ll get my first print issue.
