So sorry Palady that you were unable to find the ruler...I don't know where you are located, but I suggest you go on online and find a good tailor supply house that serves the closest fashion district. Such as New York, Chicago, Dallas, etc. Good luck!PS: Another thought: Try contacting Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising, or The New School of Design in New York. Perhaps their college bookstore will carry the ruler you are looking for. You might also check with my own fashion alma mater, Los Angeles Trade Technical College bookstore at 1 213 763-7210.
