   Would you tell me how you pasted the contents of another web page onto your message? What browser do you use? This looks like a good technique to use, but I don't have the foggiest idea how to do it.

   I use Internet Explorer (Outlook Express for email) and I am able to highlight a portion of the page, and go to 'page' on my browser bar and click on 'copy' and then when I get to my email message I put my cursor where I want the copy to go and click on 'paste'.  That usually does it.  Occasionally it gets stubborn and won't work but it usually does.  We're now with Comcast and the toolbar at the top is slightly different than before.........sometimes you can go to 'edit' and copy and paste from there. 

   I hope I haven't confused you too much.  I'm not terribly computer savvy and have just learned by hit or miss on much of this.

   If you have questions......ask and I'll try to clarify this.

   Sounds straightforward, so I'll try it sometime. I use Safari, and it just hadn't occurred to me to copy and paste from a webpage - I like being able to see what somebody is referring to right in the body of the message, instead of having to click on a link. Thanks for the tip.
