I remember an article about this in a past Threads issue, but can’t find it.  Why does the collar of some of my store-bought  blouses ride up in front and pull to the back?  The blouses I make for myself don’t do this, because I make them to fit me.  Is the bust too small?, arms not right?  Do you think I can alter ready wear?  Thanks for your input!
