I made this for my daughter-in-law. She is quite a seamstress.

Great job!  I'm sure your daughter-in-law loves the sewing cabinet--I sure do!  Did you design it yourself?

    1. Doodabug | | #12

Thanks, I copied from a picture on a old tool catalog.

Wow! If you're not in the cabinetmaking business, you should be! What a terrific gift, and how lovingly made. Handmade gifts are heartwarming, but expertly handcrafted artisanal gifts are even more so.

    :) Mary (yup, another Mary!)

    1. Doodabug | | #18

You have to marry my son born in 74

It's a thought as long as he doesn't mind that I have a daughter born in 71.

I know men marry younger women all the time.... my mother called it ' a nurse for a purse'..

        1. Doodabug | | #20

You would have to be the purse and him the nurse.
