I adore sewing period and period-inspired garments, and this is my interpretation of a rockabilly vintage party dress. My red velvet, fully lined, princess seam dress was inspired by vintage styles, such as the designs of Anne Fogarty. I used a basic princess seam design with a modified neckline and 50s inspired kick pleat with vintage looking buttons.
