This is a three piece ensemble. Theres a top, a peplum, and skirt. My inspirations came from a mix between summer maxi dress, the peplum, and cowl neckline. The peplum is made from black vinyl. The top and skirt are made from silk-type print fabric. The peplum was made by sewing two full circles together. The top was draped on the dress form and the skirt was made from basic skirt block.
