This Renaissance sentry costume was constructed using heavily texturized cotton upholstery for the mid-knee outer doublet, brown wool baise for the mid-calf pantaloons and hat. Simple muslin with cotton lace completes the inner shirt. Festooned by 19 gold tone buttons on the detachable sleeves (which lace on through eyelets and red soutache cording) and front, the overall aesthetic is elegant and genuine.
