I used the Lincoln costume pattern to make the jacket. I shortened the length and used a faux leather fabric. I added a lining and used a stretch fabric for the undersleeve knowing he would be role playing and running around. (He’s 10). I added the quilted fabric to the lapel and back to mirror the actual Jacob Frye jacket.
The vest was originally a tuxedo vest so I made it into a vest with a full back.
