Blue and White Skirt and Top

So when my grandmother from North Dakota passed away some years back I found some vintage fabric tucked away in her house.

A few years ago I began designing this outfit.

It was inspired from a modern take on 40s fashion.

Skirt is a wrap skirt that ties on the inside and snaps closed on the front under the perl button.

Top is lined and can be tied to fit a small range of bust sizes.

This outfit has been finished for a bit but I finally got my roomie to take a few pictures of me in it.

And we were lucky enough to have a sunny afternoon in San Francisco for the photos :)

And yes, last Sunday it was.
We always take advantage of a nice day in the city :)

I'm in the East Bay....I'm guessing you took that picture last Sunday. ;-)
