Learning to Sew A Regency Dress: From Scratch
This is a first attempt to make a Regency dress with a pattern that I had on hand. McCall M5696 is a great pattern for modern-day garments however I would love to get my hands on a Regency dress pattern. I made this piece from printed cotton and broadcloth. I went on to create another dress from the same pattern, keeping in mind how big the bodice was and I hope to have pictures of it soon.
