Our own little Scarlett and her Southern Belle Costume. Made from 2.5 yards of poly taffeta "silk". All the corral ribbon bows were applied by hand as well as the lace trim on the sleeve. The skirt crinoline was hand made as well with 5 yards of heavy netting and 5 yards of tulle attached to a 3" wide elastic waistband. This crinoline gave the skirt the volume and fullness necessary to create drama with this dress.
