I was so excited when I heard about this contest.  It was the perfect challenge for me  to practice my newfound knowledge on fitting techniques.  To make these pants I used McCall's M5633 pattern.  I had to shorten the pants so I basted them in the beginning and adjusted the placement of the pocket on the side and the loops at the bottom.  Then I went back and sewed everything in place.  These pants are made entirely out of linen and they are so comfortable to wear.  I am looking forward to the fall contest!
