A few days ago I joined the Community at Joann.com, asked a question, received a reply and haven’t been able to access it again. The page won’t load, I keep getting a message that Internet Explorer can’t display the webpage. Is anyone here a member of the Community, and have you had problems getting into it? Would someone be kind and go to the Joann.com website and click on the Community tab and see what happens? I’d like to know if they’re the ones with the problem or am I doing something wrong at my end. This is the only way I could think of finding out. Thank you all, Marsha.

I did as you suggested: Joann website and clicked on Community. I got the community login screen. Not being a member i cannot go further. At this present time I will not join. Try the website again. Maybe the site was down for maintenance. sometimes the server is to blame. Hope you can access it soon. CherryPops
Thanks for giving it a try, I'm glad to know someone was able to get to the login screen. I havwen't been able to get that far, just get the blank screen then the message of Internet Explorer not being able to display that page. It's so frustrating! Marsha.
If you have another browser, like Safari or Mozilla, try using it to open the site. Our department stopped using Internet Explorer a couple years ago because it would no longer open websites (especially newer ones).
