free westinghouse sewing machine

I am looking for information on a sewing machine called a Free Westinghouse made by the Free Sewing Machine co. On the motor is a stamped date 1924. If anyone has info on this machine or would know of other sources for information, I would appreciate it. I am looking for a manual and accessories for it. Thanks in advance. ann b.

Hi Ann I have a Free Westinghouse machine that my sweet, gullible grandmother "won" (the chance to buy) in a contest
long ago. She left it to me in the 1960s. It is a straight stitch machine, solid metal, and came with every gathering foot imaginable. I used it as my first machine, and sewed jeans, leather, a teepee,
all my hippie outfits in high school. These days I think the motor is burned out, as it has no power
and SMELLS. I keep it around, like we all do, for sentimental reasons, but prefer to use my Elna Carina.I will check and see if the manual is still around.
