Hi,
I bought my MC 10000 about 6 weeks ago. I absolutely LOVE it. The sewing machine is very easy to learn to use and does everything beautifully. The embroidery is first rate.
I have not tried much in the way of software (I have Customizer and Digitizer) yet. because I just got a new computer a week ago and have been dealing with setting it up. Now, I am ready to CUSTOMIZE and DIGITIZE.
One of the characteristics of the MC 10000 I appreciate most is the feeling of strength and power it has. It gives one an assurance that it will do whatever is asked.
There is a lot of support for the machine online. Not only the Janome web site at http://www.janome.com, (by the way, you can request a very good free CD there that tells you all about the machine), but also a great fellow named Jim Stutsman who runs a forum on Yahoo. I don't have the name of the forum on the tips of my fingers, but if you go to http://www.yahoo.com and access the Forums, then search for Janome you can find the forum with questions asked by Janome 10000 owners and answered very abley and often with great humor by Jim.
This is my experience so far
Rose
