This outfit was inspired by Proenza Schouler and their fun and sometimes slightly odd style. I wanted to play around with something different and create a look you wouldn’t normally see at the mall. Both the top and the shorts are made from silk. The shorts have extended side panels that also include pockets. Since the silk had a harder, stiffer feel to it, I made the sleeve and leg straps to make them a little more out of the ordinary and give them some character.
