I created these costumes for my sister and her friend. They are Tuck and Roll, twin pill bugs from the cartoon “A Bug’s Life”. I was unable to find any type of pattern to work with, I created these costumes from scratch. I created the body and head out of foam and covered them in flannel fabric. I created the individual shell pieces on their backs. The sleeves are individual sleeves to allow the costumes to break down into 3 pieces, the head and top shell piece, the sleeves, and the body and legs. All the arms were hand made and hand sewn to the body.
