    Hi Liz_S,

I'm sorry to hear that you are having trouble downloading the article.

What browser are you using and is it up-to-date? When you click download, do you get any pop-up from a pop-up blocker? Also, when you click download are you given a 'new tab' in your browser?

I've opened the article up several times with no problems, and so it may be a browser compatibility issue. You may also have to give it some time for the PDF to download. If you're on a PC, you can also try your "Downloads" folder by simply going to "My Documents" and then "Downloads".

Please let us know if this helps.

    Thanks!

WHEN I DOWNLOAD SOMETHING, IT APPEARS AS AN "ARROW" ON THE MENU BAR AT THE TOP OF THE SCREEN. MY ARROW APPEARS IN TEAL BLUE. I CLICK ON THAT, AND IT SHOWS ALL MY DOWNLOADS, THEN I DOUBLE-CLICK ON THE DOWNLOAD THAT I WANT TO OPEN, AND IT WILL OPEN AS TO WHERE I CAN VIEW IT. I USE FIRE-FOX, SO I DON'T KNOW IF YOU CAN USE THIS METHOD OR NOT. GOOD LUCK, CLARA BLACK.
