I used partial patterns, and altered or added my own ideas to make the designs.  I don’t remember which numbers.  for Tinkerbell, I used a princess seam dress, and shortened it, and added the tulle for the skirt.  I also added a knit attached panty because it is so short. The body of the dress is poly taffeta. For the I dream of Jeannie, I made a corset style top and added my own sleeves… it laces up the back.  the pants have a yoke that zip up the back, and a knit short under since they are sheer.  I lined it and added boning for support.  it is made with silk dupioni and Organza.
