Massive, massive GOT fans in this house (well the adults anyway). So, when Mr 6 asked for a king costume , I knew exactly what he was going to get. The jacket was made using McCalls 5214 from some jacquard furnishing fabric. The cape features the lion applique from McCalls 6940 . He has a very talented Daddy who carved the crown out of leather, painted it and added the jewels. We used a long rectanlge of silk for the sash and used an old belt with a fancy buckle to finish it off.
