I made my daughter and myself Red Witch Costumes. I gathered all the red/maroon materials I had and designed and sewed our costumes. It’s fully lined and the skirt has several layers as well as some tulle underneath for fullness. Hand stitched front lace and flower on. The hat is interfaced with wired sewn in for support. Velcro backed collar that accents the shoes I decorated with nails, glue gun, modpodge , glitter and wired lined material for the toes.
