For the tabard, I used McCall’s M5214. The fabric is a dark blue moleskin and the border (and cross) is 1.5″ strips of gold lamé which I used instead of getting yards and yards of (expensive) trim. The blouse was a Good Will find which was punched up with additional lace trim around the collar and longer, puffier cuffs with lace trim.
