This glam rock inspired bustier cocktail dress in a classy black metallic organza fabric is embellished with zipper accentuated with white beaded appliques such as pearls, beads and wire. A detachable mini blazer made of gathered ruffles out of black tulle fabric is used just to cover the shoulder. A black cocktail hat with white rose as brooch is made of silk satin fabric. I really love the idea of the cocktail dress very interesting piece. However, I think the hat is a little much and takes away from the dress.
From the photos, it's hard to tell how this all goes together. Could you resubmit picture of you wearing the outfit or a picture of the dress, jacket and hat separately? A very interesting and unique look--would fit right in in New Orleans, where we take our hats and our individuality seriously. p.s. Speaking of my hometown, has anyone noticed that the Saints are 13-0 and Superbowl-Bound? Yeah, you right.
