This is a fitted knee length wool dress with curved seams joining two solid colors. I developed the pattern from a Basic Torso Sloper. Threds article “Add Style with Graphic Fabric Insertions has inspired me to transfer all dart excess into the curved seams. Each seam line is drawn by hand. Vogue 1642
Pattern A has pleated patch pockets with flaps. Pattern B has side seam zippers. This is really beautiful. It looks a little like the YSL dresses that he did with the lips and the woman's body. He did them in wool knit. This is very nicely done. May I ask what the inside looks like? How did you finish the seams?
